30 60 100® MINISTRIES is about global multiplied impact.

We equip, coach, train, facilitate, and consult globally with individuals, families, church and ministry teams, pastors, missionaries, and business-as-ministry leaders to encourage and inspire them to cultivate their spiritual health and significance.

Jesus’ parable of the Sower reveals that when good seed is planted in good soil that is prepared to receive it, the increase God gives is at rates beyond our expectation: thirtyfold, sixtyfold, one hundredfold!  That’s thirty, sixty, and one hundred times the investment!

30 60 100® MINISTRIES helps you prepare the soil of your heart,
so that when the Lord provides the good seed, the harvest is multiplied!

Our Vision

We see a generation of believers fully equipped to challenge their culture without reservation and make common Christian complacency obsolete.

Our Mission

To coach and equip servant leaders for multiplied impact through a passionate relationship with Christ.

Our Methods

We collaborate with individuals, families, church groups, pastors, missionaries, and business leaders to enhance their spiritual well-being and purpose. We offer personalized workshops, training sessions, and coaching tailored to the specific needs and challenges of both individuals and teams.

How does 30 60 100 MINISTRIES Help fulfill the Great Commission?

We are at a unique moment in history where many people are focusing on fulfilling the Great Commission in our generation. Thanks to powerful efforts and the movement of God’s Spirit within the church, we are closer to achieving this goal than any previous generation!

However, you might wonder if it’s enough to make disciples of converts among different people groups. What happens to these individuals after they have converted—how do they continue to grow in their faith?

Additionally, what about those who go to share the Gospel but become discouraged along the way? What impact does this have on the overall movement of God’s Spirit?

And who supports those who stay behind but send others out, ensuring they also grow spiritually and complete their tasks effectively?

These questions prompted us to consider how we can support three key groups: the senders, the goers, and the new believers. If these groups don’t stay spiritually healthy, can we truly expect to Finish the Task during our lifetime?

From the Mission Field to Business - A History of 30 60 100 MINISTRIES

DaltonVicki

Dalton and Vicki Jantzen, the founders of 30 60 100® MINISTRIES, INC., spent 16½ years serving at seven remote mission stations along a 300-mile section of the Caquetá River in the southernmost part of Colombia. During this time, they learned what it truly meant to trust the Lord, as they faced numerous potential safety and health threats. “That experience cemented my faith and my character,” Vicki reflects. “It was life-inspiring. My faith transitioned from theory to reality during that time.”

Upon returning to the United States with their three children, the Jantzens expected to be assigned to another mission field, but God had different plans for them. Instead of continuing their work overseas, Dalton and Vicki found themselves in the marketplace in Georgia. Here, they learned how to integrate ministry with business.

For the next 20 years, the Jantzens lived in West Texas and New Mexico, honing their business skills. Vicki held various administrative roles in education and business, while Dalton honed his coaching and consulting skills. Together today, Vicki and Dalton apply these skills in conjunction with the Biblically-based spiritual principles he has developed through years of ministry.

During their time in New Mexico, Dalton and Vicki felt called to make themselves more available to share the wisdom they had gained through their extensive experiences in both mission fieldwork and business. They prayerfully decided to close the spiritual retreat center they had operated for over six years in Albuquerque, NM, and began focusing on the formation of 30 60 100 MINISTRIES, INC.

The name 30 60 100® MINISTRIES, INC. is derived from the parable of the sower and the good seed found in Matthew 13. This teaching emphasizes that when we invest our time in preparing our hearts and lives—our “soil”—God will do His part by planting His good seed within us. This leads to a multiplied harvest, whether it yields 30, 60, or even 100 times the outcome. Dalton and Vicki view their role as helping clients prepare their hearts for this significant impact.

“As for what was sown on good soil, this is the one who hears the word and understands it. He indeed bears fruit and yields, in one case a hundredfold, in another sixty, and in another thirty.”  – Matthew 13:23 (ESV)

“I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the growth. So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth. He who plants and he who waters are one, and each will receive his wages according to his labor. For we [30 60 100® MINISTRIES, INC.] are God’s fellow workers. You [ministry clients] are God’s field, God’s building.”

– 1 Corinthians 3:6-11 (ESV)
