Cambodian Church Planters Benefit from Spiritually Healthy Leader® Series
When you ask Pastor Sotha how 30 60 100® MINISTRIES, INC. and the Spiritually Healthy Leader® Series has impacted him and his team of twelve evangelists and

Pastor Geiner and his wife Denise took the Spiritually Healthy Leader® Series while serving in a Spanish-speaking church in New Mexico. Now, they are missionaries to Costa Rica, Geiner’s birthplace. When they heard the series was translated into Spanish, they asked if we would teach it to their leadership teams of both Spanish-speaking and English-speaking churches that he pastors.
The participants expressed their appreciation for the training and coaching. They were blessed to see how it immediately had an impact on their relationships with the Lord, their families, and those they interact with.
Mildred P., age 83, serves in a remote Guatemalan village near Quetzaltenango. Over the last two years, her burden for the local church’s younger Timothys – up-and-coming-leaders has intensified. All of the current church leadership is in their 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and 80‘s. Recently, seven young men (ages 16 to 42) who Mildred disciples approached her and expressed a desire for more training, coaching, and leadership skills.
During the seven days of Holy Week 2013, these seven young men, seven older church leaders, and three active church members invested 40 hours taking the Spiritually Healthy Leader Series. They testified of how the workshops had changed their lives and equipped them to work together as a team across generations, as well as helping them become spiritually strong, mature Christians whose lives are a testimony at home, at work and school.

A couple in their 60s considering retirement came to 30 60 100© MINISTRIES with a complex set of circumstances and decisions to make. After 30+ years of employment with a national laboratory the husband had the opportunity to either continue his employment for another 5-7 years, or embark on a dream to serve the Lord by creating a business that would minister to both the physical and spiritual needs of people around the world.Significance Coaching sessions with Dalton and Vicki included developing a clear vision, mission, goals and actions steps (all major components of the (SP)∞ Strategic Planning to the Highest Power process) and helped them make key decisions, and created a roadmap and timeline to use as they moved forward with their new adventure.

Stunted Enrollment Drives Need for Strategic Planning
A Christian school in California called on Dalton for help when they found their enrollment way down as a casualty of the 2008 recession, and realized the need to develop long range Strategic Plan, and define the steps that would lead to a renewed focus and revitalization of their ministry and its impact in the community. Dalton provided a combination of services from Coaching the Senior Executive and the Board to solidify and align their Anchoring Vision, Mission, Values and Goals.
Student-Led Outreach Drives Need for a Strategic Plan
The student leaders of an outreach ministry within a Christian school in New Mexico approached Dalton to help them develop a Strategic Plan in order to comply with the requirements of sponsoring orphan children through Compassion International.
Seven years later, from that small beginning, every grade from K – 12 now sponsors a Compassion International child, and the High School outreach group sponsors an annual mission trip to Ecuador to visit their Compassion kids and bring them shoes, clothing, and toiletries as well as help with building projects, VBS programs and more.
Leadership Changes Reveal Need for Ministry Renovation
The Board of the same school in New Mexico retained Dalton to assist in the development of their 3-5 year strategic plan and help with customized coaching and facilitation for members of the leadership team as they dealt with the retirement of their founders, some changes in leadership, and the demands of preparing for their accreditation. Dalton’s past work in business and ministry provided invaluable help to the members of this team — faculty, staff, and administrators — by helping reconcile persons and teams in conflict and bringing focus and alignment to their mission.
